Credit card information will no longer be saved automatically. A patron can opt-in to have their credit card information saved online by selecting the Save Payment Information checkbox during their next order. Credit card information can also be saved onto a constituent’s record by Tessitura users with an EMV device within the constituent record or by users with Secure Deviceless Entry during a transaction.
Note: It is important to add credit cards to the household record and not the individual record, as any contributions or ticket orders will be processed on the household record.
